UI/UX, Development
Issue: Designing an engaging feature to visualize user progress through growing trees was challenging. We had to ensure accurate tracking while maintaining a motivating and visually appealing design.
Solution: As trees grow with progress, users see their achievements come to life, fostering a sense of fulfillment. A seamless UI/UX & real-time updates keep them motivated. Watching their garden flourish turns progress into an immersive, rewarding journey that reinforces consistency and satisfaction.
Issue: Creating an intuitive breathing tool was a serious challenge—designing a real-time, interactive interface that felt natural yet precise. The main difficulty was delivering instant feedback without disrupting the user experience.
Solution: We used Lottie animations for smooth, responsive visuals & integrated haptic feedback to create an immersive sensory experience. Each inhale and exhale is now enhanced with subtle vibrations, making the practice engaging, effective, and emotionally resonant for users.
Issue: Ensuring seamless, high-quality video playback was a major hurdle. Low latency and crisp resolution had to be maintained across varying internet speeds worldwide, but buffering and inconsistent performance threatened the user experience.
Solution: We implemented AWS CloudFront and a custom CDN to optimize speed and stability. H.265 compression minimized bandwidth use while preserving quality, ensuring seamless streaming across all network conditions worldwide.
